NSI Solutions LLC introduces a machine specifically designed to grind perfect, repeatable cutouts, for undermount sinks, in stone or quartz slabs. The Sink BULL is designed to span the cutout and rides on both sides of a simple, shop made template of plywood or plastic. This design is extremely stable even with narrow template edges. Advantages of the Sink BULL:

Rapid Z™-DRUMS
- Vacuum brazed drum wheels specifically designed for use with the Sink BULL™
- These drums are available in two sizes - 3” and 1” diameter and in coarse and fine grit
- All Rapid Z™-DRUMS have a template follower bearing, are compatible with center water feed, and are available in 5/8-11 thread or M14 thread.
These drums have the following unique features:
- 3” Drums - Replaceable Diamond Abrasive – unlike other vacuum brazed drums the abrasive portion can be replaced on a Rapid Z™-DRUM.
- When the diamonds are completely dull removing one bolt will allow you to replace the drum.
- No need to replace the arbor shaft and bearing. This SAVES MONEY compared to our competitors.
- Reversible Diamond Abrasive - When the diamonds begin to dull, flip the drum and cut with the other side of the diamonds to gain extra tool life.
- Also, for 2cm material, the whole drum can be used instead of throwing it away after only the top half is used.
- The reversible feature extends tool life which SAVES MORE MONEY.
- Easily Replaceable Parts - Like all of our tools, this tool is BUILT TO LAST and replacement parts can be purchased and easily changed.
- No need to replace the entire drum assembly if only the bearing is worn out.
