The Ghines Sector Single Speed Portable Edge Profiling Machine offers a single 8000rpm to obtain the best compromise of performance and diamond tool life.

Electric portable shape-milling machine with fixed rotation speed. It shapes and finely finishes the edges of any stone material. The shaping process is realized into a number from 1 to 4 phases, according to the desired finishing degree. Thanks to the high rotation speed and the quality of GHINES TOOLS, achieving a perfect finishing is fast and easy: the diamond wheels must operate at maximum speed to obtain best cutting performances and longer lifetime. This simple process keeps the same schedule and costs both on "simple" profiles (full bullnose, bird's beck etc) and on of bigger complexity.
